Your responsibilities

You are to make sure your pet(s) are kept up to date with their flea and worming treatments.

Cancelling walks

48 hours notice is required to cancel walks. If less than 48 hours notice is given full charge applies.

Termination of service

To cancel your service you must give the same amount of notice as your payment structure.
i.e if you pay monthly, you will need to provide a months notice.
If you pay weekly you will need provide a weeks notice.
All services during the notice period i.e A month for monthly payers / A week for weekly payers are chargeable on the day of notice of canellation.

Off lead walks

If permission is given for off lead walks. We or any of our staff will not be held liable for damage, loss or injury if your dog runs away..

Key policy

All keys in our possession are insured up to £10.000, this does not apply to keys kept in a secure place at your loction. Returning of keys, we aim to do this within a day or two of request however being a small business and an extremly busy one this can take up to 14 days.
